Reservations Supervisor – The Medlock at Etihad Campus, Manchester
At The Medlock, we believe every exceptional stay begins with a meaningful connection. As a Reservations Supervisor, you will represent the voice and standards of our brand, ensuring every booking is effortless and infused with genuine hospitality. You will play a key role in the successful hotel opening at the heart of Manchester's Etihad Campus, home to Manchester City Football Club.
This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.
The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.
The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus — an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to stay, connect and experience everything the campus has to offer.
We're opening soon and we need a Reservations Supervisor who knows how to keep things sharp, smooth and guest-centred, always.
What you'll be doing:
As a Reservations Supervisor, you’re the one making sure every booking feels effortless. Reporting into the Reservations Manager, you’ll supervise the Reservations team, keep systems updated and make sure guests feel looked after from the very first interaction.
In this role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient management of reservations across all channels, ensuring every guest experience begins with excellence. You’ll work closely with our Front Office and Sales Teams to maintain seamless operations, bringing your energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality to every interaction

About you:

Previous experience in hotel sales or reservations, ideally in a lifestyle or premium property
