  • The Campus:

    Once completed, The Medlock will sit alongside the Etihad Stadium and the Co-op Live arena within a wider entertainment destination that fans, visitors, and the people of Manchester can enjoy.

  • The Medlock:

    The hotel will feature 401 elegantly designed rooms, including 42 suites and a two-storey penthouse with private VIP access. Ten luxury pitch view rooms will serve as hotel rooms on non-event days and transform into exclusive hospitality spaces during matches and major events.

  • Creating Jobs & Opportunities:

    This development will provide a large number of permanent jobs, training and social opportunities for the local community in East Manchester.
