With over 20 years in hospitality. I started out washing pots and worked my way up through roles like Front Office Manager and Deputy General Manager before becoming a General Manager. Over the past 7 years, I have lead teams across several Valor hotels, always with a people first focus.

I'm thrilled to be the General Manager of The Medlock, a Radisson Blu Hotel—a brand-new 401-bedroom property located in the heart of the Entertainment District at Manchester City Football Club. As part of this exciting new development, The Medlock blends modern luxury with world-class hospitality, offering guests a unique stay right next to one of football’s most iconic stadiums, music venue, and much more.
