We’re looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper who embodies that same spirit: someone who leads with warmth, inspires with integrity, and understands that true hospitality is felt in the spaces we create.
This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.
The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.
As our Head Housekeeper, you’ll be the guiding presence behind the hotel’s signature finish. You’ll shape the daily rhythm of the department, set the standards, and ensure every corner of the hotel reflects the seamless elegance our guests expect.
You’ll lead with care, clarity and confidence — creating a culture where your team feel supported, valued and inspired to deliver their best work. With strong organisation and a keen eye for detail, you will oversee the full housekeeping operation, ensuring smooth efficiency and an exceptional guest experience at every turn.
What you'll be doing:
Reporting into the Hotel Manager, you will lead the housekeeping team with positivity, professionalism and pride whilst ensuring every guest room and public area is beautifully presented, refreshed and guest ready. You’ll be experienced in overseeing rotas, daily allocation and performance to support smooth, efficient operations and passionate about developing your team through coaching, training and regular feedback.
You’ll take thoughtful ownership of the department’s day-to-day performance — managing stock, ordering and linen processes with care and precision, while working closely with other hotel teams to create a seamless and connected guest experience. As a true ambassador for Medlock and Valor, you’ll bring our values and brand personality to life through your leadership. With a calm, confident approach, you’ll ensure the department operates efficiently, responsibly and in line with our goals for quality, cost and productivity.

Strong financial awareness, including budgeting, stock-control and payroll planning.
Previous experience in a high-energy, dynamic hotel operation, ideally in a premium or lifestyle property.
