I’m Rebecca, People & Culture Manager at The Medlock Hotel, and I’m passionate about creating a workplace where people feel supported, connected, and proud of the work they do.

I began my career with hands‑on experience in F&B and front of house, which sparked my love for hospitality and the people who bring it to life. Since then, I’ve built strong, engaged teams across some of the industry’s leading brands — shaping talent and culture, and guiding people strategy for four hotels during my time with Valor Hospitality.

At The Medlock, I’m bringing all of that experience into building a culture where you can grow, be yourself, and do your best work every day.. and hopefully have fun too!!
