Reservations ManagerWith roots in Chester, England, my career in hospitality began on the front lines as a waitress and host, where I developed a strong foundation in guest service. Early international experience in the United States, as a Children’s Recreational Organiser at a summer camp and later as a Recreational Supervisor at a resort sparked a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
At age 20, I relocated to the U.S., where I spent two decades building a dynamic career in hospitality. I progressed through a wide range of leadership roles, including Front Desk Agent, Concierge, Food & Beverage Supervisor, Wedding Planner, Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Interim Chief Engineer, Director of Rooms, and Interim Hotel Manager. Over the past six years, I contributed to a Luxury Collection Marriott property, earning multiple accolades and Service Star awards while also supporting hotel openings and transitions across the management company.
Now back in the UK, I serve as Reservations Manager at the Medlock Hotel, bringing a global perspective, operational expertise, and a hands-on leadership style. Having recently relocated with my husband and four children, I value resilience, adaptability, and team culture, and I look for those same qualities in the people who join my team.
