Stephen Meldrum

General Manager – Administration

Being at the helm of Dunluce Lodge is one of my proudest achievements. Having worked in the Industry for almost 30 years, I have had the opportunity to manage an array of iconic hotels across Northern Ireland.

I am currently a Director of the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation, not to mention being the Past President of the organisation and also Past Chair of the Institute of Hospitality NI.

I love building and leading a team, and watching that team grow and develop. This is just one of the reasons I was incredibly excited to join Valor Hospitality Partners - starting at the beginning of this journey with Dunluce Lodge is very special and I am enjoying every minute.
