Crowne Plaza Leeds is looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team across our restaurant, bar and events spaces.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll be the face of the guest experience across our F&B outlets — taking orders, serving food and drink, and making sure every table feels looked after from the moment guests sit down. Day to day, you'll:

• Set up and maintain restaurant, bar and function spaces to a consistently high standard

• Take orders and serve food and beverages with attention to detail and pace

• Handle guest queries and requests confidently, escalating where needed

• Process payments accurately using the hotel's till/POS system

• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner and events service as required

• Follow food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly

Working Hours

Hotel life doesn't run 9-to-5, and this role reflects that. We operate 365 days a year, so shifts will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rotating basis. In return, you'll get a role where no two days look quite the same.

Crowne Plaza Leeds sits on Wellington Street in the heart of Leeds city centre, just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of the Trinity and Victoria shopping quarters. The hotel is a popular choice for both business and leisure guests, with 135 bedrooms, 12 flexible meeting and event spaces, and Spirit Health Club offering a gym, sauna, steam room and indoor pool. Guests dine at TAP, the hotel's on-site restaurant and bar, and the hotel regularly hosts conferences, private events and celebrations for guests visiting the city, including nearby First Direct Arena.
