The role
As PA to the People & Culture Director, you will be the engine behind the director's day-to-day effectiveness — managing their time, communications and priorities with precision and discretion. You'll act as a trusted partner, enabling the Director to focus on strategic people initiatives across our hotel portfolio.
What you'll do
Manage a complex diary and coordinate meetings, travel and events
Draft, proofread and manage correspondence, reports, presentations and board papers on behalf of the Director
Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality
Support the planning and execution of People & Culture initiatives, including engagement events, leadership forums, and projects
Maintain organised filing systems, databases and HR documentation in line with GDPR requirements
Track actions, deadlines and deliverables across the People & Culture team
Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics and learning & development scheduling
Prepare briefing notes, agendas and follow-up materials for key meetings
What you'll bring
Proven PA or EA experience supporting a senior leader
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Strong written communication — clear, polished and confident
Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they're asked
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and digital workplace tools
A genuine interest in people, culture and hospitality
Nice to have
Experience in a hospitality or multi-site environment
Familiarity with HRIS or people management platforms
Background supporting an HR or People function
