Contracts Manager
If you’re looking for a role where your expertise will genuinely make a difference - and you’re comfortable working at pace in a commercial environment we’d love to hear from you.
We usually respond within three days
Protect value. Bring structure. Make an impact.
We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract and take ownership of contract governance across our procurement function.
This isn’t about administration - it’s about protecting the business, strengthening how we work with suppliers, and bringing consistency across a growing, multi-site operation.
If you’re someone who understands the commercial impact of contracts — and knows how to get the detail right without losing sight of the bigger picture - we’d love to talk.
About Us
Valor Hospitality is an award-winning international hospitality company operating across the UK, Europe, the US, the Middle East and Africa.
We don’t just manage hotels - we build high-performing teams, deliver great guest experiences, and focus on strong commercial results.
Everything we do is driven by our values: Passionate. Real. Inspiring. Dynamic. Excellent.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of contract governance across procurement, ensuring all supplier agreements are:
commercially robust
compliant
consistent
actively managed
You’ll work across multiple stakeholders - from Procurement and Finance to Property and Operations - bringing structure, clarity and control to how we manage supplier relationships.
This is a hands-on role with real impact, particularly as we continue to scale and strengthen our procurement approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own contract governance end-to-end
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts — from drafting and negotiation through to renewal and exit
Build and maintain consistent contract frameworks across all procurement categories
Ensure all agreements include clear commercial terms, SLAs and KPIs
Protect the business from risk
Ensure contracts meet legal, financial and regulatory requirements
Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risk
Maintain audit readiness across the contract portfolio
Put clear controls and approval processes in place
Support commercial decision-making
Partner with Procurement Buyers during tender processes
Support contract structuring and negotiation
Ensure consistency across supplier agreements
Drive supplier accountability
Establish clear performance frameworks
Ensure SLAs and KPIs are measurable and meaningful
Support resolution of supplier issues where required
Bring structure and visibility
Maintain a central contract repository
Ensure contracts are accessible, up to date and accurate
Work with systems and data to improve visibility and reporting
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring a mix of commercial awareness, attention to detail, and confidence working across stakeholders.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience managing contracts within procurement, operations or a multi-site environment
Strong understanding of contract structure, risk and governance
Confidence working with legal and finance stakeholders
A structured, organised approach with strong attention to detail
The ability to influence and challenge where needed
Most importantly, you’ll understand that good contracts don’t just sit on a shelf - they actively protect and improve business performance.
This is a high-impact, fixed-term role where you’ll:
Shape how contracts are structured across the business
Reduce risk across millions of pounds of supplier spend
Bring consistency to a growing portfolio
Work closely with senior stakeholders
In short: you’ll leave things better than you found them.
