We are seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Guest Service Assistant – Breakfast to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a warm and welcoming start to our guests’ day, ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently.

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will help create a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast experience through attentive service, excellent presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast.

• Assist with the preparation, set-up and presentation of the breakfast buffet and dining area.

• Serve hot and cold beverages and ensure breakfast items are replenished promptly.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organised dining environment.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations.

• Support the wider Food & Beverage team with operational tasks, including restocking supplies and maintaining service areas.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Ensure the breakfast area is well-presented and fully prepared for service at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential.

• Friendly and approachable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced breakfast service environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays.
