We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven chef—perhaps currently working as a Chef de Partie—who is ready to take the next step in their career within a high-quality, professional kitchen.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality menus that reflect modern culinary trends and the best seasonal produce.
Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and consistently high standards.
Lead by example during service, maintaining exceptional presentation and attention to detail in every dish.
Assist with training, mentoring and motivating junior members of the kitchen brigade.
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety at all times.
Monitor stock levels and support ordering and stock control to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a busy, high-quality kitchen environment.
Currently working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef and ready to progress.
Passion for modern cuisine and high-quality seasonal ingredients.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A positive and proactive approach, with the ability to support and inspire others.
A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
