We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven chef—perhaps currently working as a Chef de Partie—who is ready to take the next step in their career within a high-quality, professional kitchen.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality menus that reflect modern culinary trends and the best seasonal produce.

• Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and consistently high standards.

• Lead by example during service, maintaining exceptional presentation and attention to detail in every dish.

• Assist with training, mentoring and motivating junior members of the kitchen brigade.

• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety at all times.

• Monitor stock levels and support ordering and stock control to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a busy, high-quality kitchen environment.

• Currently working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef and ready to progress.

• Passion for modern cuisine and high-quality seasonal ingredients.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• A positive and proactive approach, with the ability to support and inspire others.

• A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
