About the Role
We’re looking for warm, enthusiastic Baristas who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day running of our Starbucks operation in line with Valor Hospitality brand standards.

Job Purpose
To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
To support the day-to-day running of your designated area within company and hotel policies, ensuring brand values, standards, and profitability are achieved.
To promote Valor Hospitality Europe Limited purpose, values, and behaviours at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve the full Starbucks menu and product range to brand standards.
Deliver exceptional guest service, providing attentive, personalised experiences and responding to special requests.
Serve all guests in accordance with Starbucks and Valor brand standards.
Ensure service areas are fully stocked, clean, and presented at all times.
Set and clear tables in line with company standards.
Take every opportunity to upsell Starbucks products.
Support consistent delivery of superior customer service across the team.
Maintain effective stock rotation and appropriate stock levels in line with business needs and company policy.
Assist with monitoring departmental operating and payroll costs and be aware of budget and financial targets.
Follow purchasing procedures using Epsys where required.
Suggest and support promotional opportunities to help exceed departmental sales targets.
Maintain high personal presentation standards, attending work well groomed and in full uniform.
Continuously improve departmental operating standards.
Attend training sessions as required.
Comply fully with health & safety, fire, security, food safety, and company procedures.
Adhere to all hotel and company rules outlined in the team member handbook.
Support the Store Manager by ensuring Sirens Eye is implemented and followed at all times.
Regularly complete BROT with team members to ensure consistency of drinks and standards.
What We’re Looking For
Previous hospitality or barista experience (preferred).
Previous customer service experience.
A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A team player who takes pride in high standards.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and while we’re generally busier during evenings and weekends, shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview — offering great flexibility.
