• Leading and inspiring our bar team to deliver exceptional, confident, and warm service — the kind guests come back for

• Curating drink menus, signature serves, and memorable guest moments

• Owning stock control, profitability, and all things compliance (we love a smooth-running ship 👌)

• Training, developing, and growing your team — because brilliant people make brilliant bars
