We are seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join our Financial Shared Service Centre. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly P&L accounts and balance sheets for a set of hotels.
  • Provide detailed reconciliations for hotel accruals and prepayments.
  • Assist in the loading and reporting of financial forecasts.
  • Support the Head of Management Accounts and Group Financial Controller with financial analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Participate in the budgeting process and provide support in processing payroll for hotels.
• Team Development and Leadership:
  • Act as a proactive team player within the Financial Shared Service Centre, supporting colleagues and facilitating effective changes.
  • Recommend and implement best practices in financial accounting and processes.
• Control and Compliance:
  • Conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews and complete banking reconciliations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data in collaboration with Hotel Finance Assistants and hotel teams.
  • Maintain strict adherence to GDPR and PCI compliance requirements.

Desired Skills and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong foundation in financial principles and a keen interest in developing a career in management accounting.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
• Experience with financial software and systems, such as ERP platforms, is highly desirable.
