🔥 The role

As Head Chef, you’ll lead the charge — driving food innovation, championing quality, and inspiring a small but passionate team.
You’ll have the creative freedom to shape menus, work closely with suppliers, and bring the new concept to life from day one.

You’ll:

• Take ownership of the full kitchen operation — from menu design and supplier relationships to cost control and compliance.

• Lead and develop your brigade, creating a positive, energetic kitchen culture that reflects the new restaurant vision.

• Deliver consistent, outstanding food that makes locals and guests alike say, “didn’t expect that from a Holiday Inn.”

• Collaborate with the GM and wider team as part of a full hotel relaunch.

We want a Head Chef who loves to create, lead, and make things better. Someone with:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or ambitious Sous ready to step up.

• A passion for modern British cooking — rooted in classics, elevated with flair.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to build a motivated kitchen team.

• A track record of quality, consistency, and commercial awareness.

• Creativity, drive, and a hunger to do things differently.
