This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.

The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live aena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.

The new hotel will be at the centre of this dynamic environment, providing an exceptional place for guests, teams, and fans to stay and experience everything the campus has to offer.

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager who can bring this vision to life, seamlessly linking the hotel with the wider Etihad Campus and ensuring a cohesive guest journey that integrates the dynamic sports, entertainment, and hospitality experience. This role demands a leader who can cultivate strong partnerships, lead a dynamic team, and deliver an unparalleled guest experience that blends the best of Manchester City Football Club, Radisson Hotel Group, and Valor Hospitality brand excellence.

A key partnership will be with the Etihad Campus's food & beverage operations team who will oversee food & beverage delivery within the hotel. This partnership will be essential to ensure a seamless experience for guests and visitors to the campus and the hotel.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven hotel leadership experience – ideally in branded hotels, large properties, or entertainment destinations.
• Pre-opening and operational expertise – experience in launching or repositioning hotels is essential.
• Strong commercial acumen – ability to drive revenue, optimise occupancy, and deliver profitability.
• Stakeholder management skills – comfortable collaborating with multiple business units, including sports, events, and corporate teams.
• Passion for excellence – an inspiring leader who thrives on delivering world-class guest experiences whilst developing and leading large teams.
