We're seeking an experienced and strategic Property Director to oversee capital plans across our UK and European portfolio. This role involves managing high-value projects, including new developments, renovations, and refurbishments, valued between £70-£100 million. 

You'll lead a talented internal team, collaborate with global hotel brands, and work alongside external professional partners to deliver top-tier property projects aligned with Valor's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the planning and delivery of capital programs, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Lead a skilled team of property professionals, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including global hotel brands and technical partners.
  • Oversee property, construction, and brand relationships, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ESG principles.

Who We're Looking For: 

A strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering large-scale capital programs, ideally within the global branded hotel sector. With strong project management skills, you bring expertise in property and construction law and a proactive approach to building and improving operational processes.
