Are you truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry, able to work under pressure to deadlines and target, an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and have experience in empowering a team to successfully meet expectations?
You enjoy leadership, motivational skills and you are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members. You have good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures. You are driven by controlling beverage costs and stock take whilst upselling and achieving revenue targets.
An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager has an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping your guests at heart of everything that you do.
As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the F&B outlets to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
