Crowne Plaza Nottingham is a busy city centre hotel with 17 meeting rooms whcih cater from 6 to 400 guests, a large lounge bar and separate restaurant
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Services Manager to oversee the running of all Conferance and Banqueting and Food and Beverage.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar role within a 4 star hotel.
This is a hand on operational role.

Ensure constant liaison with the Head Chef, Operations Manager and General Manager.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
